Here are some of my favorites from this session with these little cuties and their Glamma! She was my very first “Glamma” and I’ll never forget her. 🙂 What a cute and creative nickname! TBT (Throw Back Thursday) to my first session of 2015! Little Aiden was such a ball of energy. I just loved our happy hour together! He’s a quick one! I definitely earned a gold star for my early morning cardio session. Don’t you just love the early morning light? It makes my heart jump for joy and it makes it’s so worth getting ready for before the sun comes up! Aiden did so great for his birthday portraits and family photos. I was so lucky to have this family referred to me by one of my existing clients. He smiled SO big for Uncle Chris & Aunt Renee! We finished up our morning session with just enough time for Aiden to nap before his big boy birthday party. I hope to see you for your next birthday (or sooner)! I promise to bring an extra camera and Paw Patrol next time! 😉

I had to bump my friends up on the blog before Princess Ariana arrives. Praying she arrives quickly & healthy! I had a great time with them at their baby shower on Saturday and photo shoot on Sunday! I must say it is easier to get so many outfit changes in when you are shooting friends. I drilled them like an army sergeant – look up, smile, look down, less smiley, look at each other, move your arm, nope the other arm, Cory do some push ups! The love between these two is something I can’t direct or Photoshop in. They are over the moon excited to start their lifelong adventure together as parents. Rachel’s beautiful makeup was done by the talented Jamie Bojack. Special thanks to my assistant, Kristin, for helping me and for most importantly fanning Rachel on this super hot day! I’m looking forward to meeting this princess soon!

Just about three more weeks until this beautiful baby girl makes her debut! I’m so excited for them! Chrissy & Jason were such a fun couple to meet. They are so easy going and seemed up for anything during our shoot. Those are great qualities for future parents-to-be! They are friends of a friend and I’m so grateful to have been referred to them. Lighting is a key player in photography. I strongly recommend that clients shoot within one hour of sunrise or sunset. These two were on-time and looking fabulous for an early morning session. Check out that yummy golden light from their session. We took advantage of all the Spanish Moss nearby & Chrissy pointed out how much Jason liked bamboo. It was a small patch of bamboo, but you would never know by the picture! I’m looking forward to meeting their new baby girl & their two fur babies in a few weeks. I have lots of new props and accessories for their little girl to try on. Let the countdown begin!

I have several sessions and much blogging to catch up on! Wanted to share my own personal family photo from New Smyrna Beach. It’s our favorite beach to visit on the weekends. This photo was taken down on the south side of New Smyrna. I used a tripod to set up my 5Dmiii and a wireless remote system I bought of Amazon. This photo could be a little sharper, but I absolutely LOVE the light. This time of the day is know as the “golden hour”. 🙂 Thanks for reading and be on the lookout for more blogging!
